We will also consider secondary candidates who meet the same standards and who will be available to cover absences, sickness or annual leave.
An appointed contracts manager will be appointed to the assignment and will host regular meetings with your appointed person, carry out KPI's and carry out welfare checks on the security officers.
Vacant property inspections – JA Security & Services operate a 24/7 service and are at hand to carry out an inspection of your property at any time of the day for your peace of mind.
Vacant property inspections are required by some insurance companies to keep your insurance valid whilst the property is vacant.
Our officers will write up a detailed report from each visit including pictures of water meter readings, gas and electric readings, the patrol around the property and any damage that may of been found.
Our Security Officers will ensure your building is alarmed and secured before leaving.
Patrols and Alarm response – JA Security & Services offer our clients a trusting and professional security service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We offer fully supported key holding and alarm response solutions for a variety of businesses including, colleges, construction, commercial and domestic and many more.
Our keyholding service provides customers with assurance that their premises will be protected throughout the times they are not operational. This can include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
We will install our signage around the property in agreed locations to help form a deterrent. Our Officers will provide evidence of the patrol/alarm activation which will be sent to you via email.
Door Supervisors – Our door supervisors will ensure that your premises, staff and visitors are safe. Each door security guard is SIA (Security Industry Authority) approved and licensed to the most current standards. They are all fully trained to deal with many situations efficiently and professionally.
For larger venues we will appoint a head door supervisor who will liaise with your management team and ensure the security throughout the venue is operating in the most professional manor.
We understand that door supervisors are often the first port of call for visitors to your premises and for that reason they need to be skilled in customer service. That’s why we ensure all of our door staff have experience in customer service as well as in the security sector.
